Refund & Replacement Policy

At Doodles, every product is printed specially for you after your order is placed.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect details provided by the customer

We offer a free replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive a wrong item
  • There is a printing/manufacturing defect

To claim a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible
